I made this with a few slight varitions and it was great, the kids even loved it. Opt'ed for no rice , only used Low Sodium Chicken Broth, Chicken breast strips, 2 cans rotel ( removed some tom's) 2 cans black beans, and sweet corn. Was great !! Can't wait to make again. Submitted by:
