Pretty good. Not flaky like a regular pie crust and not as thick. That may be partially my fault because I used a 9.5 inch pie plate. With this recipe and stevia I managed to make an apple pie for 225 calories a slice (1/8th whole pie). I think this would work really well with a cream pie. Submitted by:
