Know I am going to try this. I will use Ms. Dash seasonings to cut back on my salt intake and I will cut the rice in half(cut back on my carb). I am also going to try the next time with Taco Seasonings and red,yellow, peppers. Submitted by:

1 cup of rice is too much for me (rice spikes my blood sugar)so I will cut the amount I use. Also use Mrs. Dash seasoning to limit my salt Submitted by:
