I'm not rating it yet cause I have not ate it yet cause I need to know if the nutritional value of the soup was recorded correctly, because w/the way it is, I would not be able to eat anything all day besides this cause this goes beyond my daily limit in calories and everything else for that matter. This is good. I didn't put chicken in mine and the taste was still soooo good. This is my favorite veggie soup. I look forward to having some. It is very low calorie, especially without the chicken. Great soup before and during meals. Submitted by:

this shows that 16 cups of spinach has 1280 calories but it should be 112 calories
this is great soup! it is yummy & filling-a much healthier alternative to the cabbage soup recipe
