This was phenomenal! I cut the chicken into little pieces before cooking and cooked them in a skillet with cooking spray, pepper, season salt, garlic salt, and some Italian seasonings. WE both loved this. I found that Kroger's brand of Chicken broth has 100mg of sodium less per serving! than the name brand..it's worth checking!	Submitted by: HAVE2LOSEIT (7/14/08) report inappropriate
Stovetop makes a whole wheat version of their stuffing that might make it more worthwhile for the calories. Or you could try to find a homemade stuffing recipe instead.
