I will use the suggestions made and grill the chicken and use whole wheat pasta, otherwise there is not enough nutrional value to justify the calories. This sounds really good-my daughter loves pasta-I am going to try with wheat pasta or pasta enriched with fiber, grilled chicken, grilled or steamed zucchini, and red or green bell peppers and parmesan cheese. This sounds great. Will buy the wogon Wheel pasta when I shop this week. Already have some chicken breasts in the freezer. I can wait to make this. I will bake the chicken in the oven. Haven't made this - YET. But I do think that instead of frying the chicken I will grill it, as it has already been suggested, which would cut some of the calories and give it a cleaner taste without the flour or oil. Thanks for sharing	Submitted by: KATHIE1126 (8/2/08) report inappropriate
