Great recipe. Very moist and my 4 y/o had fun mashing the sweet potatoes. I substituted 1 tbls molassas and 1/4 raisens for sugar/sweetener. Fantastic! I think I might add a little fresh giner next time for a little twist. Submitted by:

I didn't have whole wheat flour, so I just used regular flour and regular sugar. My husband and I both enjoyed these, especially with a little bit of spray butter on them. I will definitely make these again, and I might try raisins in it next time! :-) Submitted by:

These muffins are AWESOME! Sweet, moist, tasty, but then again I am an almond lover anyway and the low calorie high energy fix is a perfect snack or even quick grab and go breakfast. Submitted by:
