The original book the diet is based on says nonfat cottage cheese or egg whites can be added if you get tired of meat. Also, his suggestions for HCG diet for vegetarians say skim milk or nonfat cottage cheese. I'm looking forward to making this when I get tired of meat. Submitted by:
