I'm going to make this tonight! I've used lemon w/ asparagus before, but not rosemary & I have a huge herb garden with lots of rosemary! instead of the salt I will use Lydia's Organics Seasoning-it is vegan & very low in sodium( thanks for the great recipe! Submitted by:

Both me and my husband love asparagus and it sounds delicious - I will definately try it. I agree with Dan's comment about the three pounds sounding a bit much, but hey.. if I can eat three pounds of it for only 384.1 calories, no complaints from me - you don't have to eat it in one go.
