I love this recipe--When I make it, I skip the oil and add the herbs/spices & hot sauce to a beaten egg instead--Then dip my catfish in that mixture and crust with cornflake crumbs--Delicious, low fat and a good source of protein--I limit my portion to 3-4 ounces, though-- Submitted by:
