The filling was DELICIOUS, but since this was my first experience with won tons I had some difficulty sealing them. It became very time consuming. So I just got creative and made a "lasagne" out of everything in the recipe and fat free mozzerella. Next time I'll prepare a day ahead! Submitted by:

Also works with lean ground beef inside ravioli, drop into low-sodium turkey or chicken broth for a "won-ton" soup that's delicious. Add a little parsley to broth. Submitted by:
