Great texture, not at all the chewy sponge I had expected from other recipes. A bit dry, although that was probably my fault - when I was doubling the ingredients, I added a bit too much gluten. A bit too spicy for children and people with sensitive taste buds. Great with a b. sugar/ketchup glaze. Submitted by:
