I cut the recipe in 1/2 and made 9 GIANT cookies 150cal each. I made substitutions:
Omitted flax b/c I had none. Added coconut flakes. Used sliced almonds instead of pecans. Used half brown and half granulated sugar. Added rum and vanilla. 40% marg instead of butter. Turned out GREAT!

I made them today to try a new cookie that had some healthy ingredients. They are good. I think maybe next time I make them I will try adding some dried cranberries or dried cherries. Even with the sugar they are not very sweet. I very mild flavored cookie. I will make again with some additions Submitted by:
