My Mom was quite the gardener and this was something she made....to add more flavor and very few calories add an onion and red bell pepper strips, and some fresh chopped parsley at the very end of cooking! To make a complete meal you can add sliced cooked italian turkey sausage.....yummy! Submitted by:
