Loved the recipe, but where is the 593 mg of salt coming from..Yikes... is it from the 1 tsp of salt added. I don't add any salt, just some grated garlic and it is great. I can only give it three stars because of the salt. Otherwise, it would be 5. Submitted by:

I used 1/4 cup lemon(also made with lime- just as good!) and 2 Tbls olive oil for that amount of salt and pepper. Adding fresh mint or cilantro is also very good! Submitted by:
