Fantastic. I used 1 C. minced fresh pineapple w/ 1C. minced up peppers & fried together. I used pork cubes. No Brown sugar, used 6 pkgs Stevia. Delicious and will definitely make again. Submitted by:

We all really enjoyed this dish. I substituted an extra tbls brown sugar instead of the stevia since I don't have a health food store near me. We will definately be making this one again! Submitted by:
