Not sure if this is only 199 cals like listed in nutritionals for one serving, but it was VERY tasty and moist- from reading previous reviews, I did not include the red pepper flakes...but wished that I had because it seemed like the recipe was missing a little something. Great recipe! I made it low salt by omitting the salt with the cornstarch and using a smaller amount of lite soy sauce and it still tastes great! You can also use a canola spray instead of oil with no real difference. This recipes works great cut in half for smaller crowd. Submitted by:
