My family loved this! I used chicken breasts and used two cans of 15 oz. black beans and extra salsa (organic low sodium). I cooked it for about 4 hours on low and then 45 minutes on high. The chicken shredded easily. Stir well after cooking to make a perfect stew. Garnish w/ fresh cilantro! Submitted by:
