I have mine in the oven right now and I too, am confused about the number servings, tortilla size and cheese. I used 1/2C fat free cheddar in the mixture and 1/2C on the top. I have 1/2 frying pan left to freeze. I keep tatsing what's left in the pan and it it delicious!! Forget the tortillas! Submitted by:

Confusing directions and nutrition info (see tortilla comments above) - why did it say to add the cheese at one point then later said "add the rest of the cheese"? Needs to mention the need to split it. Submitted by:

There's no size and no. on the tortillas, so was that calculated into the nutritional info at all? I would also like to know what size is a serving and maybe even what size cans of beans and tomatoes were supposed to be used. I may need to input my own ingredients to find out N.I. for myself.
