This sounds really good but I am not understanding the recipes that call for heavy cream, etc. Even if you can afford the calories it is the fat we should be avoiding...isn't it? Just a note, I recalculated this with 16 oz bow tie pasta, and 16 oz ground pork Italian sausage just to check and the calories were 498 calories per serving with 8 servings.	Submitted by: MOONTOES1 (2/2/10) report inappropriate
