My bread crumbs were not seasoned so I added some garlic, salt, pepper, and a little bit of cumin.. served on a whole wheat bun with a bit of fat free mayo, mustard, basil leaves, tomato and dill pickles.. it was amazing, one of the best recipes I have ever tried from the site. Since my grocery store hasn't resumed stocking ground turkey, I used ground chicken. Followed the recipe, blended lightly by hand and made 9 patties that held together (more than I can say when I make turkey burgers!)- about 100 calories per patty. Absolutely delish! I added a Tablespoon of cumin, and salt and pepper. I also added an extra Tablespoon of salsa. I put a little E.V.O.O. in a cast iron skillet and fried them. It gave it a nice crust. I added an egg white and some spices and some Worcestershire after reading the reviews and mine came out great! We made them on the Foreman grill. I had 20 oz of turkey and made 6 patties with 117 calories each. Very easy and tasted great with avocado, lime juice, hot pepper rings & extra salsa. I add shredded cheese and some various seasonings. I make up a bunch of patties and freeze them. I live a very busy life so this is nice because I can run home put a patty on the George Forman and in 5 mins have a good dinner. I also use Pepperidge thin buns. They are 100 calories and tasty!
