I loved this recipe! It's one of the first sparkrecipes I've made and it was so easy and quick and tasted like it had taken so much longer. I know I'll be making this one again. I halved the ingredients since I'm only cooking for myself and I added some fat free cheddar cheese on top. Submitted by:

i made this but only coated the chicken in the taco seasoning, and then did a quick reduction sauce useing some fat free chicken stock. and i ommited the other ingredients.it was awesome, i'm thinking of making appitizer size for the next party! Submitted by:

Love this recipe and have made it many times. It's so fast and easy and tastes so good. I added a sprinkle of low fat cheddar cheese to the top to add a little color. Everyone really enjoys this dish Submitted by:
