It was not as good as I had hoped for. It is not "No Carb" as squash has carbs but it is a Low Carb alternative. I left out the bell peppers as I don't like them cooked with squash. I left out the Sriracha Sauce as I don't know what it is and don't like hot sauce. Submitted by:
