Sounds delish but not sure how this is 280 calories? HCG phase for the most part is 500 calories per day , this yummy chili would almost take more than half. I just checked and lean ground beef is only 139 cals per 85 grams, I'd recheck your counts just to make sure you're not cheating yourself. Submitted by:
