I make something very similar using saurkraut 20 oz can, 1 lb lean ground beef, 1/2 lb turkey bacon, one onion chopped and 3 cups of rice (brown) 2 cans of stewed tomatoes adding water as needed. If anyone knows how to figure out the nutritional informatoin let me know we love this recipe Submitted by:
