Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Complimentary comments from the whole family from 84 yr old o 9 yr old! It's easy, the turkey in it tastes great. I added a few pinto beans to use up a leftover and used no salt added diced tomatoes with a little extra tomato juice. Submitted by:

Amazing, easy and delish! Only thing I did different was to use low or no added sodium on the canned tomatoes, beans and corn. And for me it yielded 6 1C servings. Submitted by:

Fantastic! To cut sodium, I used dried beans and replaced the seasoning mix with a Tbsp of cumin, salt to taste, and a whole head of garlic with just the top sliced off. Because I needed more liquid (dried beans) I added an extra can of V8, some water and some chopped tomato. My family LOVED it! Submitted by:

I added chopped onions and garlic and used my "usual" taco seasonings: chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt instead of the packet. Very good. Submitted by:

Using my own spices and rinsing the beans to keep sodium low, otherwise looks perfect! Can't wait to eat it tomorrow (or maybe tonight!!) :) Submitted by:

I made this on a football playoff game day. Perfect. I added an extra V-8 and served with low fat shredded cheddar. Next time, I will add garlic and spices to the turkey as I'm browning and add a can of kidney beans, just because I like them in chili. Very easy, tasty and low fat recipe. Submitted by:

I just finished my first bowl. Yummy! The only change was I added a can of kidney beans for extra protein and fiber. I want another bowl! Submitted by:

Very easy. I am looking forward to trying it as leftovers - I brought it to work for lunch today. The tomatoes that I added had sugar in them (don't ask me why) - I didn't look at the can's ingredients until after I had put them in the cooker and tasted the chili. Submitted by:

This was awesome! Instead of prepackaged taco seasoning I made my own to cut down on the sodium. I also added a can of tomato paste to make it a thicker chili consistency. I pureed the Ro*tel some my little one didn't notice the tomatoes & peppers. Thanks abunch for a wonderful chili recipe! Submitted by:
