I haven't made this, but I will today 10/10/07. Tomatoes are bad for diabetics in that it raises the blood sugar, but I will put a small amount to taste. I will also add VINNIEBIG suggestion for meat and potatoes. Submitted by:

I am saving this to my recipe file to try later but I will use low sodium broth, use fresh veggies instead to help cut down on the sodium. It sounds yummy and simple to make, not time consuming. I will use the crockpot method but will add all veggies at once and let cook 8 hrs. Submitted by:
