Thank you for the nutritional correction. I LOVE these burgers and make them all the time now! I have served them to guests who are carnivores and even they love them. I add Serrano chilies and a couple heaping tablespoons of smoked paprika to the mix before cooking them. Delicious! Submitted by:

these did not hold together. I saw someone's comments about adding while rice and beans were still warm. I will try that next time. I do love these. I omitted salt and added cayenne. Submitted by:

I had a problem with these not sticking at all. But the flavor is good enough that I'll keep making it anyway. Very good served with season salt and plain nonfat yogurt on a bun. More like a sloppy joe really. Submitted by:
