Is this recipe supposed to be 1 cup PREPARED couscous? If I try and confirm the nutritional value I get 150 calories for 1/4 cup UN prepared couscous so I'm not sure how the creator of the recipe gets 30 calories for 1/4 cup. Submitted by:
