Excellent Soup! I cooked it on the stove top according to the split peas directions. It was very simple to make. Calories are low enough, that I could enjoy 2cups for my lunch. Plus look at all the veggies per serving. If you love Split Pea Soup, this is definitely a keeper! Submitted by:
