Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I refigured this recipe ... it's 156 cal, .8g fat, 5.4 cholesterol, 64.5 sodium, 4 fiber, 14.9 sugars, 5.1 protein only ingrediant the original tracked was the banana ... that's why the calories were so low. Still not too bad, but x3 it becomes 462 calories ... OUCH! Submitted by:

serving per recipe is three. So if you took the whole thing as one serving that would mean you are consuming 90 calories. the servings must be very small if you get three servings from this. I have not tried this recipe but intend to as it looks very good. Submitted by:

This sounds wonderful but I don't see how it can only be 30 calories per serving when a small banana alone is 108 so would be 36 per serving just for the banana. I came up with 144 calories per serving which is still great. what am I missing to get it to only be 30 cal/serving. Submitted by:
