This was really good, great for me since I'm diabetic and the carbs are so low. Submitted by:

Fabulous!! I was skeptical about getting "creamy" cauliflower, but it was creamy and delicious!! Will definitely make this again, and can also just make the "mashed potatoes" as a side dish!! Great low carb dish! Submitted by:

Very easy to make and very yummy. For those saying to lower the fat, on a true low carb diet you NEED fat. As thats what your body is getting your energy from since you are taking in minimal carbs. Submitted by:

Please note: If you check the full nutritional breakdown, there are no calories listed for the 1/4 cup of cream! So I just omitted that, also used FF cream cheese and FF half and half 2Tbsp. It was REALLY good - nobody noticed the cauliflower substitution! Submitted by:

I forgot to salt and pepper mine but it still tasted almost like the real thing. I added peas and corn to my pie and broiled dish to get a nice crust on the cheese. Serve with sour cream and you have a real winner Submitted by:

Very tasty indeed. Even my highly-skeptical bf couldn't tell it was fake mashed potato! I agree, 1/8 of the recipe is a pretty serving so next time, I'll cut out some of the cream and cheese to reduce the calories, and cut a bigger slice (1/6th) per person. Really yummy dish! Submitted by:

DELICIOUS! I substituted with low fat cream cheese, but kept the cream. I did the calorie count and came out to a more. 1/8 of recipe is WAY too small as well. BUT DELICIOUS Submitted by:

I added some garlic when browning the meat and after draining the fat I put in some green peas. I used milk instead of cream and fat free cream cheese. It is yummy! My husband loves it. :) Submitted by:

This is great for low carb dieters, at who it's aimed, but since I make my Shepherd's Pie with just mashing the potatoes and putting on the top (no butter, cream or anything like that) for me, mine is actually a lower calorie, lower-fat version. This will be good for the rest of the family though Submitted by:
