I tried on my BBQ! On a piece of nonstick foil (twice the size of a piece of fish) season each piece with a touch of lemon & a sprinkle on yr fave seasoning salt. Put a few slices of onion on top & drizzled with just a touch of Oil. Bring ends together loosely & fold it to seal & BBQ! No cleanup! Submitted by:

very easy and great! Hubby didn't care for it, but he doesn't like fish. He did eat it. I added red pepper to the onion, garlic. Since I don't cook with salt, I added some Greek seasoning I have that has garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano and chives in it. YUMMY and QUICK! Submitted by:
