Surprisingly good - I added 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 T flax and topped w/ 1 T of peanut butter which brought the total calories to 318 - wanted to make sure I would be satisfied until lunchtime. Made 1 good sized pancake. Submitted by:
