This was a perfect accompaniment to the Baked Chicken with Garlic and Sun Dried Tomatoes (Chef Meg's Makeover) recipe on this site!! I mixed both recipes together and sprinkled a little parmesan cheese over it. I served it over a half cup of pasta as I had a few extra calories that day. :) Submitted by:
