Very good. does not need salt at all as other ingredients provide flavor. Submitted by:

Excellent recipe. No salt is needed, the ingredients have enough salt in them. Submitted by:

Just the "treat" I was looking for. Followed the recipe exact, only using fat free chicken broth. I was nervous that the cream cheese appeared curdled at first...DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! I recalculated for 4 servings using barilla plus pasta about 500. Worth saving calories for! Submitted by:

Really creamy and tasty! Would not add any salt since it was pretty salty without it. Overall just amazing Submitted by:

Delicious but I do like the ideas for cutting the calories even more since this did not turn out to be "6" servings for us. Next time we want to try it with scallops! Submitted by:

Just tried this, Philadelphia Neufchatel cream cheese was, so i used the 1/3 fat Philadelphia cream cheese, was delicious, and i'm a sucker for white sauces Submitted by:

I made this last night and I wasn't overly impressed. I added 1/2 c. extra low sodium chicken broth so the sauce would not get to thick. I would make this again but I would add more spices. It needed more garlic. Submitted by:

Very good and simple recipe. I used low fat chive & onion cream cheese, fat free chicken broth, garlic powder, broccoli, cherry tomatoes & sliced mushrooms (changed it up to use less fat and more veggies that we like). We will def be having this again! Submitted by:

quick and easy, I loved it! Next time, to cut back on the calories, I'm going to use fat free or low fat cream cheese and see how that turns out. Thanks! Submitted by:

This was awesome! It was a big hit at my house tonight. The only things I did differently was use 1/2 c of the parmesan, used fat free lower sodium chicken broth, and subbed broccoli for the spinach. Will be making again I'm sure. Submitted by:

This was delicious! I used the 1/3 less fat Neufchatel cream cheese. I also sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, and spinach together, and added them to the sauce at the end. Awesome! Submitted by:

I used fat-free cream cheese instead of Neufchatel and reduced-fat Parm, and the sauce just didn't come out right. It was very thick and globby even though I added more chicken broth. Despite that, it was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend and I both loved it! Will try again! Submitted by:

I loved this recipe. I made a few changes since my husband doesn't care much for dairy products. I cut both the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in half and put 12oz low sodium and fat free chicken broth. since both love very spicy food I put 2 tbsp of cayenne pepper. I will make again Submitted by:

Oh, so good! But when I checked it in my nutritional tracker, I discovered that it was high in Cholesterol. My fault, I should have checked before making the recipe. So, for a treat once in a whil,e great, but not too often! Submitted by:
