This is similar to my fav. I use less of OJ,strawberries and yogurt, but also add a few blueberries and raspberries. The berries are all frozen. Makes 2 servings. My next step will be to try with some protein powder. Submitted by:

I love smoothies, & this is a good basic recipe. I always use frozen bananas & fruit if I can because I like my smoothies cold. If they aren't frozen, I usually add some ice. Also, I like to throw in a handful of blueberries cause they're so nutritious, as well as protein powder. Submitted by:
