Used ground venison sausage to make it leaner, and added a little italian herb mix.... also a tbsp of sugar cause it was just a tad too tomato-ey for me... soooo delicious! Submitted by:

OMG, this is delicious! The only thing I have to figure out, is how to cut back on the salt content because it's too salty for my taste. I used low sodium broth, hot italian turkey sausage and simmered a Parmesan rind in the soup for the last half hour instead of adding Parmesan to the soup Submitted by:
