I enjoyed this very much. When making it, I used what was on hand, so I used chicken instead of beef, left out the cottage cheese and put in a layer of gouda cheese, and added some garlic salt on the "crust" edge of the pie - YUM! Submitted by:

Very good, and the whole family enjoyed it - definitely doesn't taste like "diet" food! I cut out the butter/margarine by adding a few squirts of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, and it tasted just fine. Also used fat free cottage cheese. Submitted by:
