Yum-my!! I accidentally added the cinnamon and sugar into the batter, then sprinkled some more on top. It was extra delicious! The handful of white chocolate chips thrown in didn't hurt either. Very moist and super good as per the kids and the hubby. Submitted by:

I made this with coconut milk and the splenda brown sugar, it really cut down the calories, these are phenomonal treat! Today im trying to make them with irish oatmeal.. just to try Submitted by:

this is sooo good!! I used 1/4cup of splenda brown sugar which works as 1/2cup normal brown sugar and cut down on calories.. it was under 100 per muffin! :) Submitted by:

great basic recipe; I added 1 cup applesauce accidently, so I added only 1 egg white and it still came out great. I also added some raisens and toasted almonds as well as a scoop of vanilla protein power. Great for a quick breakfast with a banana and some soy milk. Submitted by:
