Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I had this as a salad built on a flattened pita and with celery sticks on the side. Fat free cottage cheese makes a nice creamy spread while not killing the calories with ranch or other scary things. It was really spicy, but really good! Submitted by:

I grilled the chicken and topped it with a little low fat blue cheese. It was very good, definitely a keeper! Submitted by:

We made this for lunch. It was so good. We had it on tortillas with some fat free Caesar dressing with some red onions on top. Submitted by:

They didn't forget to log the chicken, each serving is 1 oz. not 1 breast, 1 oz. chicken breast is about 46 calories :) I will be making this for sure! Submitted by:

I think that the chicken must be figured into the calories (based on the protein numbers). I just don't think that it made it into the recipe. I do appreciate that you allowed up to enter our own calories for the bun. You could probably serve this on salad greens for an awesome salad! Sounds good Submitted by:
