This was pretty good. Only used 1/3 or so pack of taco seasoning because of sodium. I wouldn't make it with the tortillas again, they ended up soggy. I might put tortilla chips on the top or in a layer on the bottom. Also makes a good dip. My husband ate this scooping it up with tortilla chips Submitted by:
