This looks wonderful to me! I love hummus, but have mixed results when I make it myself. I can't wait to try this. For those who think it is too high in calories/fat,etc -- realize it is "good" fat, and also the amount of fiber and protein you are getting. Great Deal! Submitted by:

Gwenione, this IS healthy, especially if you make it with no-salt-added chickpeas. Sodium is my enemy! It is yummy and healthy. We eat it on whole wheat matzo. The kids can't get enough! Submitted by:
