This looks like a great one to try. One question: WHAT IS PASTA SAUCE???? Is it tomato base spaghetti sauce? Or Alfredo Sauce (with loads of calories??) Can you be more specific so I can try it? Submitted by:

My 13- year old made this tonight, after looking at the recipe over my shoulder on the computer and asking me to print it for her. It was fabulous! The taste was great, and very easy to make. Highly recommend- very filling for reasonable calories- we had with a garden salad. Submitted by:

This sounds so easy and yummy..can't wait to try it. I have made this by coating the chicken with bread crumbs first and then frying..what a mess, not to mention the added calories. Can't wait to try this simpler, healthier recipe. Submitted by:

I will definitely make this. Since this is a one-dish meal there is nothing wrong with the calories on 1200 cals a day. If I'm out of mozzarella I will use Parmesan. Scrumptious. Submitted by:

I presumed this meant 4 Lg.HALF boneless breasts, not whole, per serving. Used 2% mozzarella, no salt,& no-sugar-added sauce.Add black,canellini,or kidney beans for Xtra nutrition value! Submitted by:
