Great base recipe to experiment with. I left out the salt but added a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Also added a bit of olive oil and a couple Tbsp. of a dry hummus mix that makes disappointing hummus. Turns out it's a great addition to turkey burgers. Next time will try the minced mushrooms. SO YUMMY! Instead of minced onion flakes I used fresh onion and it kept the burger moist. My fiancée, who HATES any semblance of healthy, liked it! I threw a piece of fat-free cheese and some sauteed mushrooms and made an AWESOME burger! Thanks for sharing!! Submitted by:

This receipe was wonderful. I topped it with some cooked mushrooms and tomatos ( lightly cooked together with some garlic) and put it on whole wheat toast with a little lowfat sourcream (instead of mayo) and it was delicious. I have never had a turkey burger before and I will be eating more now!! Submitted by:
