Pretty good! Very strong mustard taste, but I didn't mind it.

Anyone else think the calories are off for this? a plain chop is 460 calories! I'm gluten-free so I substituted potato chips for bread crumbs as I didn't have any GF crumbs on hand. My husband wasn't joyous about it but did OK making it again and he is PICKY Submitted by:

This was dinner last night and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. Not to mention that the calorie content is insanely low. I loved this, my boyfriend's picky 8 year old son loved it, we will DEFINATELY be making this one of our staples! Submitted by:
