This was soooo good! It was so much better than those mixes they sell in the boxes. I switched out the andouille sausage for some chicken jalapeno sausage, left out the shrimp (allergy!), and added about 1.5 tsps salt. It was very yummy! DH and DD both went back for 2nds!
