I use thighs boneless skinless, and 1/2C wito sauce. Leave out the curry. Use fresh basil. Use jarred spaghetti sauce (tomato basil) = total for my version = 514 (worth every calorie) - great for guests. Serve w/ salad and fresh fruit for dessert. Submitted by:
