Super good!! Tried them with some garlic powder, italian seasoning and sea salt. Got busy making my salad and forgot to flip them over so they were a bit gooshy but still tasty!

Use pre-cut chunks; slice into chips and bake; use sugar free maple syrup as dipping sauce Submitted by:

I love butternut fries. Make them all the time. I nuck the sqash in the microwave just for a few minutes...makes it much easier to cut and peel. Once you get this mastered its so easy to do. I also use the course salt on mine but will try the mrs. Dash! Submitted by:

Made these this evening and they were awesome! This recipe worked really well.

Definitely need to cut them into -even- pieces for them to cook evenly tho ;) Also, isn't this squash really high fiber?

These go well with a protein. They were wonderful with my grilled tilapia and green beans. Very good. I will make it again. Submitted by:

These were AMAZING! I tried them tonight and my little sister loved them. I believe I prefer them to regular fries and they have the decieving taste of being fatty, when they aren't. Good idea! Submitted by:
