No need to fantasize about an Arby's French dip & swiss anymore - this definitely hits the spot! Was able to shave off 30 calories a serving by eliminating the olive oil. I instead skipped right ahead to the wine and added onion powder and the flour (I used whole wheat), so no need to use 12o cal. Submitted by:
